Homeless people came from Warren County, Allentown and as far as Missouri to stay in a series of hillside camps along Easton's Lehigh Drive. Easton police Chief Carl Scalzo said he's still looking for the person who used pepper spray on a camper and threw rocks at his head. That person will be charged with aggravated assault.
